At Light and Healthy Sushi Bar, we focus on fresh fish, traditional sushi bar favorites, and house-made sauces prepared fresh in our kitchen daily.
Our ponzu, chili oil, eel sauce, teriyaki sauce, spicy serrano sauce, and jalapeño sauce are all made from scratch to complement the natural flavor of the food. never overpower it.
